This season, prints are a hot choice in fashion, from florals to stripes to abstracts. Let’s take a look at how to wear prints this spring.

Printed tunics
Tunics in tribal prints, floral patterns and other funky designs are a top choice right now. You can pair a tunic with your favorite leggings, jeans, capris and more. This gorgeous Alberto Makali Embellished Tunic features a brilliant kaleidoscopic pattern and sleeveless style that makes it perfect for springtime. Partner this top with a pair of slim white capris and flat sandals for a fresh look that can’t be beat.

Pleated print skirts
Pleated skirts can be worn just about everywhere, from work to a night out. The Perfect-Pleat Date Skirt is just perfect with its bold floral pattern and A-line silhouette. Wear this skirt with a sleeveless turtleneck as shown for a feminine, modern look. Add a fitted blazer and bright satchel for the office.

Nautical striped sandals
The nautical trend is hot this year. No one wants you to dress head-to-toe in a sailor outfit, but adding nautical shoes or accessories is a great way to ease into this trend. Check out the Juicy Couture Sea wedge sandals. Available in coral or regal blue and white stripes, these wedges feature knotted fabric straps and a 4 1/4-inch heel. You can order these shoes now at Zappos.com for just $95.00.

Crocs and nationally-recognized fashion expert, Jenn Falik recently released a new video about how to update your spring wardrobe without spending a bundle.
In the video (which can be seen below), Jenn Falik suggests small updates you can make to your current wardrobe to transform your look and leave you with variety of new styles you can wear throughout spring and summer.
What’s cool is the Crocs also recently launched their “New Crocs, New You” contest to win a makeover, including a shopping spree with Jenn Falik in New York City. From now until April 15, women can visit crocs.com/newyou to enter the contest to have a chance to win the shopping spree, as well as an opportunity to win one of the three new spring and summer styles.
I honestly used to hate Crocs with a passion. But their styles have been updated in recent years and some of them are pretty cute.
The contest is also a philanthropic event. Crocs will donate $5 for every contest entry to Dress for Success with a minimum donation of $40,000; the donation supports the organization’s ongoing efforts in providing professional attire and a network of support for disadvantaged women.

Winter is still here, for the moment, so the easiest way to shake those late-season blues is with a burst of the hottest spring makeup colors.
Traffic-Stopping Eyes
Make your eyes standout with unexpected colors (violets, teals, yellows) from shadows, liners and mascaras. Finish the look with a nude lipstick; no other strong shades on your face will be necessary.
1. Buxom Buxom Waterproof Smokey Eye Stick in 5” Stilletto, $18
2. Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Shadow Pencil in Clash, $20
Bold Cheeks
A bright range of pinks and corals on the apples of the cheeks will give that flushed, hot summer night look instantly.
- Benefit Bella Bamba Blush, $28
- NARS Blush in Desire, $27
Luminous Golds
Spring and summer are all about shimmer and sheen, these products bring your radiance factor to a whole new level.
- Tarte LipSurgence Natural Lip Luster in Buff, $24
- Make Up For Ever Eyeshadow in Yellow Gold 10, $19
Ripe Lips
Sheer coral to burnt red, there’s a shade in this family that will flatter your skin tone. This lip looks best paired with gold eye shadow and bronzed cheeks.
1. Josie Maran Magic Marker Lip and Cheek Stain in Jive, $19
2. Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Pur Couture SPF15 in 13 Le Orange, $30

If you are going to only buy one new pair of shoes for spring, look for a pair with a little vintage flair.
Chunky clogs
Clogs are back in a big way for spring. Look for clogs with chunky, clunky heels, studded details and open toes. Want to splurge? Check out the Miu Miu Napa Washed Woven Clog from Neiman Marcus. These shoes feature a 4 1/2-inch wooden heel and adorable bow detail. At $495.00, they don’t come cheap.
Oxford pumps
For spring, look for oxford pumps with a lace up front. This type of shoes have been popular for a couple years now, and we’ll be seeing more and more of them this season. The Miz Mooz Symphony Pumps feature the perforated trim and lace-up styling of traditional oxfords, along with a 3-inch heel and open forefoot. You can snag these pumps at Endless.com for just $109.99 in your choice of four colors.
Old school Mary Janes
You can find Mary Janes in every heel height — from completely flat to sky high heels. We love the black patent leather Mary Janes from Gabriella Rocha. The feature a low heel and buttoned Mary Jane strap. These adorable shoes are priced at just $65.00 and come in several other colors.

I have never been a fan on rompers or jumpsuits. They just have always seemed better suited for toddlers that fashionistas.
But the romper trend continues to be hot once again this year. For spring, we are seeing plenty of strapless rompers. And I’ll admit, some of them aren’t bad.

The Juicy Couture ruffled terry jumpsuit pictured here features soft ruffled trim, a drawstring waist and two front patch pockets. This romper is available now at Saks.com for $128.00.
What’s your opinion of the romper? Yay or Nay?
